Meet the Designer

Sarah Marr, founder of Episode 39, conceptualized and designed the Sarah Marr Purse. She truly believes in her product, and she even switched jobs to start the new company in 2005. After spending more than a decade in politics, she now works full time to promote and grow her enterprise.

Born and raised in upstate New York, Sarah graduated from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. After college, she lived on Manhattan's East Side and worked as a political fundraiser. During that stint, she met her future husband Michael on the campaign trail. The Marrs are both big fans of horseracing, and hope to support this great sport and its fans.
